Return & Refund Policy

At W Sportswear, we care about making your experience simple and fair. Because each piece is carefully crafted and handled, we do not offer refunds or general returns at this time.

The only exception we allow is for size exchanges, as we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your gear. Exchange requests must be made within 7 business days of receiving your order.

Size Exchange Details

  • Items must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping and processing fees related to the exchange.

  • To exchange, you’ll first return the original item, and then place a new order for the correct size.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and do our best to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Refunds and returns are not available (except size exchanges as outlined above).

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
